Responsibilities:
1. Provide career management (CM) support and advice to the CoC.
2. Provide CM support and advice to soldiers including Regular and Reserve personnel regardless of capbadge.
3. Assist with and where authorised deliver Formal Career Review (FCR) for soldiers as applicable.
4. Facilitate applications for transfers postings recruiting of Reg2Res (inter-capbadge and inter-Service).
5. Act as a POC for APC CM branches for soldier workforce issues.
6. Contribute to unit workforce planning and manage Unit Establishment tables and WFplanning stats.
7. Unit focus for Professional and Personal Development advice on soldier education and vocational accreditation.
