This is an exciting newly established position created to support the centralisation of Councils property portfolio. Were seeking a highly organised professional with demonstrated propertyexpertise to support the centralisation of Councils property portfolio. This pivotal role provides operational support and delivers expert advice across a diverse range of property-related matters including leasing licensing acquisitions disposals compliance and contract management.
Success in this position hinges on your ability to manage complex documentation maintain accurate records and coordinate processes efficiently. Your strong administrative background will ensure seamless handling of contracts compliance requirements and property transactions enabling the team to operate with precision and confidence.

Were looking for someone who combines strong property and administrative skills with a solid understanding of property operations legal frameworks and asset optimisation. If youre highly organised detail-driven and thrive on keeping processes running smoothly this role is for you.
Your ability to manage documentation maintain accurate records and coordinate complex tasks will set you apart. A background in property management contract administration or local government operations will be highly regarded.
Holding a diploma or higher in property business or law or equivalent hands-on experience in managing property assets leases and government-owned facilities such as parks sporting venues and buildings will strengthen your application.
Youll also need a current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People and a valid Driver Licence.
