Job Summary

Army Reserve Phase 1 Section Commander / Instructor; responsibilities include:

1. Lead and manage a team.

2. Manage delegated tasks and associated risk.

3. Develop advise and support subordinates and junior officers.

4. Maintain health and safety in the workspace.

5. Manage subordinate discipline support subordinate development and deliver career advice / management.

6. Deliver in barracks / business process ensuring maintenance of standards of efficiency.

7. Plan conduct and manage training for subordinates.
