Job Summary

Inkerman Coy is a Phase 1 Delivery Coy within ATR(G) tasked with the delivery of the Foundation Phase of Army Reserve Basic Training. The CSM Appt is responsible for:

Contribute to the career development and training of Inkerman Coy personnel.
Manage Inkerman Coy visits inspections & ceremonial events.
Contribute to the discipline of Phase 1 recruits and PS through the application of the Army Leadership code and adherence to to our V&S.
Contribute to the health well being and welfare of Phase 1 recruits and Inkerman Coy PS.
Direct Inkerman Coy security.
Support the operational capability of the Inkerman Coy.
Perform Mess Duties.
