About You

As an Assistant Team Leader for Corporate Traveller you will provide unrivalled dedicated and expert service to your portfolio of customers. You will be proactive in ensuring that value is shown at every possible opportunity and always act with your customers best interest in addition to consultant responsibilities: To provide support additional leadership and mediation to the team Manager and the absence of the Team Manager the ATM is able to efficiently run all aspects of the business and is responsible for team performance during that time.

You will form strong working relationships with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to ensure all customers receive exceptional and bespoke service and maximise turnover by growing your portfolio. You will stay up to date with fare details airline information and incentives and continuously look for better fare opportunities to maximise customer savings and margin.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a consultant in FCTG
- A successful track record of performance
- Leadership Level 1 / ATM Training Desirable
- Positive and open-minded attitude
- Willingness to adapt
- Leadership / Coaching capabilities
