Job Summary

About You

As GTM Operations you will build the operational muscle that enables Optimls senior Sales Delivery and Customer Success teams to win and scale enterprise accounts and will support e2e insight generation from Finance to Commercial. You will operate in a hands-on execution-focused capacity supporting the go-to-market motion by maintaining CRM-first playbooks delivering high quality actionable reporting that provide commercial and financial insights operationalising outbound and ABM programs maintain sales collateral hygiene and introducing pragmatic AI/automation to improve performance of all Optiml North Star Metrics.

You will report to the Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and work closely with the Commercial (Sales Marketing and Customer Success & Delivery) and Finance leads. Internally you will operate across lean cross-functional squads (Product Tech Data Delivery Finance) to mobilise the right expertise for each account and campaign.

Tasks

Key Objectives

****Design operate and maintain a CRM and toolkit that steers buyer/seller behaviour and improves deal quality.

Deliver cross-functional reporting (Commercial and Finance) and root-cause insights derive measures that improve sales conversion forecasting and commercial success.

Enable repeatable outbound & ABM plays that generate qualified enterprise opportunities.

Support build-up of a scalable repeatable sales marketing and customer success & delivery department.

Maintain the sales collateral library and enablement so sellers present a consistent trust-building message.

Introduce AI/automation and enhance the toolkit for the department.

Your Responsibilities

1 CRM & Revenue Systems (Steer dont act)

  • Steward and maintain Optimls CRM model (HubSpot): canonical fields opportunity stages scoring gating rules and validation.
  • Implement pipeline hygiene gating SLAs and automated risk flags to surface stalled or non-compliant deals and build play triggers and alerts (stalled deals renewal risk expansion signals) to steer prioritisation.
  • Maintain CRM governance change-control and a living CRM playbook; run hands-on training for sellers.
  • Increase data quality and enrich data (e.g. pull conference participant data) to turn CRM into a steering tool and enable Marketing & Sales

2 e2e Reporting Forecasting & Insights

  • Prepare and maintain cross-functional dashboards e2e - from Finance (e.g. short and long-term liquidity deferrals) to Commercial (pipeline health stage conversion forecast accuracy win/loss campaign ROI customer health).
  • Produce weekly/monthly forecast packs and concise executive summaries highlighting data-driven risks signals and root causes with recommended actions for leadership review.
  • Run deep dives (stage leakage conversion by source account penetration) and convert findings into measurable experiments.
  • Partner with Finance and Head of Delivery & Customer Success and Key Accounts to link commercial activity to invoicing scheduling to time-to-value and expansion signals.

3 Outbound ABM & Sales Collateral

  • Prepare and operationalise outbound campaigns: list building enrichment sequencing QA and measurement; ensure responses feed cleanly into CRM.
  • Support ABM: maintain account/contact hierarchies map buying groups and coordinate personalised assets.
  • Maintain the single source of truth for sales collateral (decks one-pagers case studies pricing templates); ensure version control and discoverability enhance material
  • Produce short enablement modules and how-to guides and run practical sessions for sellers and CS teams.

4 AI Automation & Tech Enablement

  • Identify and run pragmatic AI/automation PoCs (proposal generation templates enrichment predictive scoring conversation summarisation).
  • Implement automations that reduce manual steps and improve data quality (auto-population enrichment pipelines integration flows).
  • Maintain and improve integrations across the stack (CRM marketing automation sales engagement BI); support integration requirements in line with agreed commercial priorities.
  • Prepare internal frameworks for governance & best practices for generative AI usage (accuracy checks privacy/compliance human-in-the-loop).

5 Cross-Functional Projects & Ad-Hoc Support

  • Execute and coordinate short high-impact projects: territory/quota analyses renewals/expansion tracking commission checks or event support.
  • Diligently support and maintain data hygiene programs (deduplication normalization enrichment) and deliver regular health reports.
  • Support pre-sales deal readiness (RFP/RFI coordination proposal prep SOW/quote templates) and ensure smooth handoffs to Delivery/CS.
  • Prioritise and manage incoming requests from Sales Marketing and Delivery; communicate timelines and measure impact.

Requirements

You Have:

  • 2-3 years experience in Revenue or GTM Operations / Sales Operations / Sales Enablement / Commercial Analytics at a B2B SaaS company (Series AB or high growth).
  • Beneficial: experience in highly structured analytical environments (e.g. strategy consulting commercial analytics GTM operations) particularly where work included GTM transformations commercial due diligence CRM or BI implementations or sales/operating model design.
  • Beneficial: experience working with institutional capital environments (e.g. portfolio operations value creation fund-level commercial analysis or Commercial Real Estate at fund or portfolio level).
  • Preferred degree: Bachelors or Masters in Business/Management Finance Economics Data Science or a combination
  • Hands-on CRM experience (preferably HubSpot) strong Excel/Sheets skills and BI tooling and in adoption and execution of AI tools for sales & marketing enablement
  • Proven as relentlessly diligent reliable and entrepreneurial taking ownership of projects end-to-end working autonomously while escalating smartly and going the extra mile to enforce quality governance and data hygiene; prioritise a client-first trust-building mindset

Nice to have:

  • Relevant work experience in Real Estate
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is a benefit.
  • Swiss or EU citizenship (required at current company size).
