The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Commercial & Key Account Manager to lead the acquisition of luxury residential properties for short-term rental management.
This role is central to expanding our portfolio managing key owner relationships and building a structured and sustainable commercial pipeline.
What Youll Do:
To search identify and contact the key proprieties to fit in our business model
Build manage and maintain a commercial pipeline from first contact to contract signature.
Negotiate and close management agreements with property owners and investors.
Act as key account manager for strategic property owners ensuring long-term relationships.
Develop partnerships with real estate agents developers and investment stakeholders.
Monitor market trends pricing and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth property integration.
Who You Are
3 years of experience in real estate business development or commercial roles ideally in residential or luxury assets.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a proven closing track record.
Structured autonomous and comfortable managing targets pipelines and performance metrics.
Commercial mindset with the ability to balance sales ambition and long-term partnerships.
Clear communicator confident with property owners and senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience is a plus.
Valid drivers licence and own vehicle with flexibility to travel.
