Key Responsibilities:
- Own structure and continuously prioritize the product backlog in line with strategic goals;
- Convert business needs into well-defined actionable user stories for the development team;
- Work closely with developers UX/UI designers stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment and shared understanding;
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including planning sessions reviews retrospectives and daily stand-ups;
- Ensure delivered features meet user expectations business goals and quality standards;
- Make timely and well-informed decisions regarding scope priorities and trade-offs throughout the development lifecycle;
- Validate product outputs with a strong focus on usability quality and consistency with the product vision.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science Digital Marketing or a related field;
- More than 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a related role (e.g. Project Manager);
- Hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;
- Proficiency with tools like Jira Confluence or equivalent platforms;
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics such as Velocity and Burndown Charts;
- Basic understanding of software development processes (considered a plus);
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders;
