Key Responsibilities

Serve as Program Manager and Policy Governance Lead for the Keystone initiative overseeing policy impact analysis quality assurance and cross-functional coordination.

Define testing scope success criteria and governance to ensure compliance financial accuracy and system integrity.
Author review and oversee execution of test cases tied to policy compliance financial controls and system integrations.
Validate workflows and integrations through testing cycles and ensure alignment with program objectives and regulatory requirements.
Track manage and prioritize defects; coordinate remediation efforts with technical functional and vendor teams.
Validate cross-system data integrity accounting accuracy and end-to-end process outcomes prior to go-live.
Maintain traceability across requirements design decisions policy updates and testing outcomes to support audits and leadership reporting.
Support program readiness assessments milestone reviews and go/no-go decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Quality Management or a related field.
10 years of experience in program management policy governance quality assurance or compliance within complex enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001 CMMI ITIL).
Proven experience developing and executing enterprise test strategies test plans and detailed test scripts.
Demonstrated success authoring revising governing and operationalizing corporate policies and procedures.
Strong analytical documentation and communication skills with the ability to translate business and system changes into enforceable policies and controls.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities across large-scale initiatives.
