Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth virtual office functionality. The ideal candidate will manage processes support leadership coordinate teams and maintain operational efficiency in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day remote office operations and administrative processes
  • Manage calendars virtual meetings and company-wide scheduling
  • Coordinate communication between departments and remote team members
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Monitor budgets expenses and vendor contracts
  • Handle payroll coordination and HR administrative support (onboarding/offboarding)
  • Organize virtual events training sessions and team meetings
  • Maintain digital filing systems and document management
  • Track company supplies subscriptions and software licenses
  • Support leadership with reporting presentations and special projects
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality standards are maintained

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager Operations Manager or similar role
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello )
  • Basic knowledge of HR and finance administrative processes
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
