| This is a HR Business Partner role for the GCC. It reports to the Head HRBP Commercial and is based in Thane. Additionally the role will take up leadership on critical India-level projects as required from time to time. |
| Roles and Responsibilities |
- Partner with the business leaders to identify talent requirements plan for talent development productivity and retention.
- Lead regular HR cycles (performance management C&B planning etc.) and deliver on key HR metrics for the GCC with respect to recruitment diversity recruitment training engagement etc. by partnering with the country CoEs.
- Be an enabler for a culture that is in line with the Organizations practices by the advocacy of the same to the employees as well as stakeholders; deploy culture building initiatives and implement a high-performance culture.
- Analyze trends in employee turnover employee engagement surveys performance management pulse sessions and recommend interventions backed by data. Stronghold on data providing insights and recommendations.
- The incumbent should be able to lead in an informal roll up your sleeves and get it done manner that is perceived to be people centric effective and marked by a high level of energy.
- Implement and communicate the new policies procedures and programs in support of Business.
- Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and conduct necessary investigations.
- Supports change management activities and applicable Company / function transformation activities and projects

| Qualifications Role Specific Knowledge and Experience |
- MBA in HR
- Relevant work experience of 8-10 years in HR with 3-5 years in HR Business Partner/Generalist positions
- Prior experience in managing a global capability centre is a must
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills especially ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly proficient in using digital tools (MS-Office) Digital HR systems and good exposure to Analytics.
- 20-30% travel (domestic)
