Job Title: Business Analyst Enterprise Agreement Operations
Required Skills:
- Relevant business support experience Case management
- Hands on Experience on Cisco Enterprise Agreement
- knowledge of Cisco CCW SW licensing and EAWS
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer ask and provide appropriate solution. Identify and root cause the issues quickly. Ability to think in terms of an immediate solution to stop escalations as well as long term fix to eliminate issue all together
- Ability to execute tasks/issues by coordinating with different teams and getting them delivered on time with quality
- Ability to identify issues in the current process and work towards fixing the process gap
- Understanding CX and operational workings processes will be a big plus Soft Skill
- Self-motivated self-driven excellent team player and should be flexible to work on any assigned tasks and adjust to changing priorities and plans.
- A creative positive and proactive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new concepts
- Ability to work in a high-pressured cross-functional environment Possess strong communications skills
Work Site: RTP NC (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
