Job Title: Lead QA Analyst (Healthcare and Medicaid systems)

Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Lead QA Analyst / Software Test Analyst to support the testing and quality assurance of enterprise healthcare applications.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating technical solutions ensuring system reliability and maintaining traceability across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a strong preference for experience in healthcare and Medicaid systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform functional regression and usability testing to identify isolate and resolve technical issues
- Develop comprehensive test plans test cases and QA/UAT processes aligned with business and technical requirements
- Maintain end-to-end SDLC traceability from requirements through test cases and deployed components
- Execute user interface and regression testing for application stability and performance
- Implement quality assurance testing programs including negative testing and usability validation
- Design and execute automated testing scripts and support test deployment activities
- Participate in defect triage retesting validation and resolution activities
- Create and maintain QA documentation test reports and defect metrics
- Conduct reviews walkthroughs and inspections in alignment with established testing governance standards
- Communicate test status risks and open issues clearly to development and stakeholder teams
- Adhere to software testing best practices policies and governance frameworks while recommending process improvements
Mandatory Skills:
- 12 years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and test scenarios
- 12 years building and executing test cases within formal test management systems
- 5 years strong domain knowledge of healthcare operations preferably Medicaid systems
- 3 years hands-on experience with formal test design tools and methodologies
