Job Summary
Job Title : IT Business Systems Analyst Healthcare Eligibility Enrollment & EDI Systems 13 years
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience in Information Technology providing support for complex software systems and enterprise applications.
- Experience analyzing complex business processes and developing reviewing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure system functionality and quality.
- Experience documenting communicating and validating business and technical requirements throughout the system process or product/service development lifecycle including managing process changes aligned with organizational objectives.
- Experience preparing clear and effective written communications for business stakeholders IT program teams and executive management.
- Experience working with Health Insurance programs including the Affordable Care Act (ACA) or Medicaid specifically in Eligibility and Enrollment domains (excluding direct healthcare services).
- Experience utilizing ETL tools and managing batch processing jobs as well as using Rational Quality Manager for test management and report development with IBM Cognos including working with HIPAA-compliant X12 EDI transaction formats.
- Experience reviewing and evaluating technical specifications to ensure alignment with defined business objectives and functional requirements.
