Job Summary

Job Title: Microsoft Systems Analyst / Enterprise Systems Administrator

Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid - Local candidates only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Serve as the escalation point for complex hardware software and network issues guiding technical teams through advanced troubleshooting and resolution
Lead complex issue resolution involving Windows operating systems desktop environments and enterprise applications
Provide administration and support for Microsoft Office 365 / Microsoft 365 Active Directory Exchange Server Microsoft Teams (including softphones) VPN and RDP
Manage and support Windows Client and Windows Server environments in production settings
Configure and manage Windows infrastructure using Group Policy Objects (GPO) and scripting methodologies
Utilize PowerShell to automate administer and execute system-level tasks
Perform Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrades consolidations and migration projects
Support and administer Azure Active Directory and/or Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) environments
Implement and troubleshoot SAML 2.0 and cloud-based Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations
Support and manage Microsoft Exchange mailbox migrations and hybrid environments
Maintain understanding of TCP/IP stack fundamentals and core network services including DNS and DHCP
Support VPN connectivity remote access services and secure remote desktop configurations
Assist in enterprise mobility and security solutions including Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Security (EMS)
Collaborate with third-party technical vendors to coordinate escalation and resolution of advanced infrastructure issues
Research recommend and implement technical solutions to enhance system efficiency reliability and security
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems architecture procedures troubleshooting steps and knowledge base articles
Support SharePoint environments and end-user functionality (preferred)
Provide support and exposure to AWS infrastructure management (preferred)
Apply IT service management principles and ITIL best practices in incident change and problem management
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex cross-platform technical issues
Maintain Microsoft enterprise certifications (Windows Server Office 365 Azure) highly desirable
Exhibit strong communication skills clearly articulating technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Coordinate IT service delivery improvements to enhance overall user experience and operational performance
Adapt to shifting priorities within a fast-paced IT environment
Maintain a proactive solution-oriented and customer-focused approach to enterprise IT support
