Job Summary

Job Title : Database Analyst (MS Access & Oracle) Healthcare Systems 13 years

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Experience eliciting documenting and managing changes to functional and technical requirements for the development and ongoing maintenance of advanced MS Access and Oracle database systems.
Experience analyzing business requirements and designing developing and validating customized queries within MS Access and Oracle environments.
Experience gathering reporting requirements and creating testing and deploying customized reports using MS Access and Oracle databases.
Experience providing application maintenance production support and troubleshooting for MS Access and Oracle-based systems.
Experience working directly with Affordable Care Act (ACA) programs including the NYS Health Exchange or other State or Federal Health Insurance Exchange environments.
