Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Product / Program Manager to work onsite with our client a world-renowned academic this role you will support the development delivery sales and marketing of programs and products ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget while driving strong customer satisfaction and program adoption.

Responsibilities

Execute product and program plans including detailed rollout schedules in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Partner closely with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing plans; assess performance and refine strategies to meet program goals.
Implement conversion strategies to support program enrollment adoption and overall success.
Deliver a high-quality customer experience that drives satisfaction and advocacy for programs.
Conduct analysis and provide recommendations regarding program or product direction and improvements.
Coordinate with vendors and consultants to support specific programs and initiatives.
Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts across processes programs and business operations.
Track progress timelines and deliverables; communicate updates and risks to stakeholders as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelors degree (required).
3 years of relevant experience supporting products and/or programs or a combination of education and experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and customers.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Self-starter with strong organizational problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Comfort using common technology platforms such as Google Drive Outlook Zoom (Cvent and Eventbrite experience is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting programs in an academic nonprofit hospitality or service-oriented environment.
Familiarity with marketing concepts such as audience targeting pricing considerations and communication channels.
Experience coordinating with external vendors or consultants.

Additional Requirements

This position is fully onsite.
The role requires driving a university vehicle approximately 2 3 hours per week; candidates must be eligible to pass a Basic MVR Education background check.
