Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to handle lead management and customer engagement through social media and other communication channels. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in handling inquiries and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads from social media calls and digital platforms
Respond to customer inquiries and provide project/product information
Perform regular follow-ups with prospective clients
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures
Maintain lead data and update CRM or tracking sheets
Support marketing and promotional activities as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales or customer handling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in handling social media leads
Basic computer knowledge and CRM understanding
Graduate or undergraduate (any qualification)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in real estate pre-sales preferred (but not mandatory)
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
