Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the implementation of geotechnical engineering projects
- Conduct geotechnical investigations and studies
- Design and review geotechnical structures and foundations
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Monitor and control project budgets and schedules
- Collaborate with clients consultants and contractors
- Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and findings
- Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) or eligible for registration
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and practices
- Familiarity with relevant software and design codes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Eng / / Eng qualification in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering
- Must be / Eng registered
- Minimum 20 years relevant geotechnical experience on major road projects.
- SANRAL roads experience
