Who is a Data Analyst
The Fit4Less Data Analyst will organize analyze and visualize data in order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of all elements of the business and work to improve the organizations ability to store understand and learn from its data. As an integral member of the IT team this role is expected to turn raw data into information and insight which can be used to make informed business decisions.

Job Summary:
Designs and maintains recurring reports using provided business requirements for internal stakeholders to extract maximum value from data.
Performs complex analysis and data modelling using statistical tools in order to provide information required for business leaders to make data-driven decisions.
Implements new data collection processes systems and enhancements based on industry trends in order to forecast and prepare for future data needs of the business.
Provides technical expertise in data protection and data cleansing processes based on industry best practices in order to ensure data quality and integrity.

Compensation:
It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $65000. This position is eligible for bonuses in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $65000 - $87000 determined by performance time in the position and variable compensation earned.This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
