Job Summary
Prestige Ford is one of the regions best dealerships serving the Mount Dora Leesburg Apopka and Orlando communities in Florida since 1991. We are currently seeking Automotive Receptionists to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Answer dealership group phones
- Greet and receive service and parts departments customers.
- Direct customers to the correct department notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the Service and Parts Department teams.
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Type memos correspondence reports and other documents
- Assist in scheduling customers for service appointments.
- Assist with making out going to schedule customers that have services due or missed appointments.
Requirements
- Previous call center or switchboard experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Professional presentation
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- Fast Paced Environment
- A clean driving record & valid drivers license
- A professional appearance
