POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Executive Residential & Light Commercial is responsible for driving sales growth within these sectors building strong relationships with homeowners builders landscapers and trade partners. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who understands the residential and light commercial construction and landscaping market.
Based in Melbourne this is a full-time position with a company vehicle provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sales growth across the residential market
Identify pursue and convert new residential sales opportunities
Conduct site visits consultations and project assessments
Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations
Manage sales pipelines and follow-up activity to achieve targets
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Build strong relationships with homeowners landscapers builders and trade partners
Provide product guidance and tailored solutions to suit individual project needs
Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the customer journey
PRODUCT & MARKET KNOWLEDGE
Develop strong knowledge of Tuff Groups product range including premium synthetic turf systems soft-fall rubber and acrylic surfacing systems
Stay informed on residential design trends and competitor activity
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
ADMINISTRATION & REPORTING
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting
Assist with forecasting and pipeline management
Support pricing quoting and order processing
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Proven sales experience in residential landscaping construction building products or home improvement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a proactive solutions-focused approach
Well organised with strong time management capabilities
Current drivers licence (company vehicle provided)
