Experience

10-15 years of software engineering experience with5 years in technical design and architecturewith building applications inAzure.
Strong hands-on experience incloud-native development APIs data modern UI frameworks andAI/agentic solution design.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as thekey technical designer and architectfor the enterprise customer providinghands-on guidance and technical visionfor key architecture implementations PoVs accelerators andAI-driven solutions.
Design and implementmodern UI APIs and streaming systems andautomation workflowsfor mission-critical processes.
Translate business and solution requirements intoscalable reusable production-ready architectures integrating AI microservices APIs and cloud services.
Leadarchitecture and code reviews ensuring solutions adhere totechnical standards security and governance.
Collaborate withsenior leadership and Enterprise Architectsto ensure alignment on technical feasibility AI strategy and delivery timelines.
Drive adoption ofemerging AI frameworks agentic tools and cloud servicesto improve solution quality speed and innovation.
Mentor engineers onAI/ML best practices cloud architecture and reusable patterns.
Provide hands-on support duringcustomer workshops PoV/PoC sessions and consulting engagementsto resolve technical challenges and validate AI-driven designs.
Ensure all solutions meetsecurity compliance and governance requirements.

Qualifications

Experience:10-15 years of software engineering experience including5 years in technical architecture and design with Azure.
Cloud & Architecture:Deep expertise incloud platforms (Azure) microservices APIs modern UI frameworks and data stores.
AI & Agentic Solutions:Proven experiencedesigning building and deploying AI/ML models agentic systems and automation workflowsin enterprise environments.
PoVs:Hands-on experience creatingstarter solutions PoV/PoC assets or acceleratorsfor engagements with rapid delivery cycles.

Measurements

Architecture Quality:Ensure95% of solutions are production-readyand align with technical standards with minimal rework.
Delivery Support:Enable the account team to deliver80-90% solutions within committed timelines.
Technical Velocity:Contribute to2-3x productivity gainsthrough design patterns automation and advanced tooling.
Customer Confidence:LeadPoV/PoC sessionswith minimal technical escalations and ensure positive customer feedback.
