Position Title: Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper
Working Location: West Tuas (Company transport provided at Boon Lay MRT)
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday Friday: 7.30 AM - 4.45 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary OT Pay Allowances AWS Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Prepare packing materials; pack unpack and move goods carefully to prevent damage.
Get shipments ready for incoming and outgoing warehouse orders.
Receive store pick pack label and prepare goods for delivery based on WMS work orders.
Help with stock control and meet quality standards for audit checks.
Keep the work area clean safe and neat; use space properly.
Report any missing items damage or stock differences found.
Follow service standards work processes rules and regulations.
Follow SOPs and safety rules when handling goods and using warehouse equipment/vehicles.
Carry out other logistics tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Basic understanding of English.
Willing to rotate duties (e.g. delivery support or labelling).
Able to work overtime when required.
Comfortable with lifting cartons (about 15kg) and standing for long periods.
Experience with handheld scanners and warehouse systems is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of equipment checks and record-keeping is an advantage.
