We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Policy Servicing.
In this role you will:
- Perform operations and administrative duties of the department including processing customer requests and coaching to the processing team perform report checking and attending to emails / internal enquiries within the agreed turnaround time
- Ensure smooth operation of Policy Servicing processes full compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to agreed service levels
- Assist with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) activities such as client reviews and correspondence to customer for review requirements
- Perform Quality Checks on Policy Servicing transactions and provide feedback/training to continuously improve processes work quality and reduce error rates
- Prepare and maintain department Standard Operating Procedures
- Coordinate and support ad hoc activities including customer communications and perform user testing when needed
To be successful you will need:
- Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Insurance Business or equivalent professional qualifications
- Relevant experience in operations / administrative work
- Good time management task and result-oriented. Able to perform duties with accuracy and deliver quality work within Service Level Agreements
- Proactive strong team spirit and keen to learn with positive work attitude
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good written and oral skills
