Job Summary
Position: Project Manager Real Estate & Property Development
Qualifications
(Civil / relevant discipline) or MBA
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and CAD
Experience
1015 years of relevant experience in real estate / property development projects
Job Responsibilities
Handle project-related documentation including Agreement of Sale MOUs Lease Agreements etc.
Conduct feasibility studies covering technical financial and market aspects
Plan execute and monitor overall project progress as per timelines and budgets
Review and coordinate structural drawings and technical specifications
Prepare and control BOQs cost estimates and budgets
Coordinate project financing and liaise with financial institutions
Oversee end-to-end project handling and monitoring from planning to completion
Support sales and marketing activities with technical and project inputs
