Position: Marketing Executive Real Estate & Property Development & Management
Qualifications
MBA (Marketing or equivalent)
Good computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office
Experience
35 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing
Job Responsibilities
Handle sales and marketing activities for real estate projects
Coordinate and manage documentation such as Agreement of Sale MOUs and Lease Agreements
Support and track daily departmental activities
Monitor and report project developments to management
Coordinate with internal teams channel partners and customers
Support sales and marketing activities client coordination and site visits
Assist in preparation of marketing materials reports and presentations
