Job Summary:
Were seeking a Research Associate with a BSc in Agriculture to support our R&D efforts. The ideal candidate will be hardworking willing to work in research fields and passionate about agricultural innovation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct field research and experiments on crop management soil health and pest control
Collect and analyse data on crop yields soil samples and weather patterns
Support development of new agricultural products and technologies
Collaborate with team members on research projects and report preparation
Assist in lab and field trials ensuring data accuracy and compliance with protocols
Note:
- Must be willing to work in research fields
- Freshers welcome
Requirements
Requirements:
BSc in Agriculture or related field
Willingness to work in field research environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of agricultural practices and research methodologies.
Computer knowledge is treated as additional qualification .
Ability to walk/stand for long hours work in all weather conditions.
