Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Lead HCM Consultant for a major public-sector-focused digital transformation programme in Botswana. The role involves leading the implementation of SAP HCM modules and working closely with HR stakeholders while managing a small team of remote consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA HCM modules including:
- Personnel Administration
- Organisational Management
- Payroll
- Time Management
- Ensure solutions align with organisational and regulatory requirements.
- HR Process Analysis & Redesign
- Assess existing HR processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive business process re-engineering using SAP HCM capabilities.
- User Training & Support
- Design and deliver user training sessions.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage HR stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor on SAP-enabled HR best practices.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate system documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HR data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA HCM implementations as a Lead Consultant
- Strong SAP HCM functional expertise
- SAP S/4HANA HCM certification (preferred)
- Deep understanding of HR processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
