Quality Engineering Consulting Manager

Our Technology practice are looking for an experienced Quality Engineering Consultant to join the team.

In Technology we focus on the skills capabilities and offerings to help define drive and support technology enabled change. We have extensive experience in strategic transformation across financial services energy utilities telecoms and government. Our skilled technology consultants are trusted advisors delivering significant value to our clients.

What you will be doing

In Quality Engineering Advisory we specialise on the skills required to shape and deliver business outcomes using quality control quality assurance and engineering solutions. Our key focus is innovative use of rapidly evolving technologies to enable our clients ambitious goals. To achieve this you must be committed to continuous learning and will be required to demonstrate ongoing professional development including professional certifications.

Currently we are inviting individuals with career ambitions in the following areas to get in touch so we can discuss opportunities specific to your personal ambitions:

• Quality Engineering Advisory: Providing independent assurance services helping clients shape their QA solutions including usage of tools automation and technologies ways of working operating models and organisational design. Experience of industry QA standards such as ISTQB and ISO will be desired.
• Quality Engineering Strategy: Enabling our clients to shape and achieve their journey from traditional testing to technology driven engineering organisations able to respond to market trends at a faster pace using automation and AI. Understanding of industry trends related to quality automation and AI will be required.
• Quality Engineering Delivery: Implementing quality engineering strategies within clients ecosystems with minimal impact to business operations. Experience of hands-on delivery of quality solutions including embedding automation will be required.
• Quality Engineering Tooling & Technologies: Providing advisory services on the latest industry offerings tailored to the individual business needs. Hands-on knowledge of Agile tools including JIRA AzureDevOps Github and Automation suites will be required.
