Job Summary

The Resort Manager is responsible for the overall leadership operational excellence and financial performance of the resort. The role ensures exceptional guest experiences efficient day-to-day operations revenue growth and full compliance with hospitality standards safety regulations and brand policies.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily resort operations ensuring high standards across accommodation food & beverage leisure spa and recreational facilities.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining service excellence and promptly resolving guest issues or complaints
Develop and manage the resorts annual budget forecasts and financial plans.
Monitor revenue streams and control operational costs to maximise profitability.
Support sales and marketing initiatives to promote the resort and increase market visibility.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients partners tour operators and travel agencies.
Ensure full compliance with health safety hygiene and environmental regulations.
Oversee maintenance of resort facilities equipment and infrastructure to ensure safety and aesthetic standards.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 35 years experience in hospitality operations within a resort or hotel environment.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting forecasting and cost control.
Proven leadership and people management experience.
Excellent guest relations communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of hospitality systems (PMS POS and operational reporting tools).
