As a Snowflake Data Engineer youll play a hands-on role designing building and optimizing modern data pipelines and models that support high-impact business use cases.

Youll work closely with data architects analytics teams and business stakeholders to ensure data is reliable performant and ready for scaleespecially in complex enterprise and M&A environments.

Role Overview

Design and evolve cloud-native data platform and modern data ecosystem on Snowflake. This role is responsible for defining scalable secure and high-performance data architectures that enable analytics AI and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect design and optimize Snowflake-based data platform to support analytics reporting and AI/ML workloads
  

• Define and implement robust data models supporting enterprise use cases across sales product finance and operations
  

• Design and manage ELT/ETL pipelines using modern data tooling to ensure reliable timely and high-quality data delivery
  

• Partner with data engineers analytics teams and application developers to enable self-service analytics and governed data access
  

• Establish data architecture standards best practices and design patterns for scalability performance and cost optimization
  

• Drive data governance lineage and quality initiatives in collaboration with security compliance and platform teams
  

• Optimize Snowflake performance through warehouse design clustering query optimization and workload isolation
  

• Support integration of external and internal data sources into the enterprise data ecosystem
  

• Contribute to roadmap planning and technical decision-making for the broader data platform strategy
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture performance tuning and cost optimization
  

• Deep expertise in data architecture and data modeling (dimensional normalized and hybrid models)
  

• Experience designing and building ELT/ETL pipelines preferably with modern tools and frameworks
  

• Practical experience with dbt for transformations testing and documentation
  

• Strong understanding of cloud data platforms and modern analytics architectures
  

• Experience implementing data governance data quality and metadata management frameworks
  

• Proficiency with SQL and strong understanding of analytical query patterns
  

• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP)
  

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting analytics BI or AI/ML use cases at enterprise scale
  

• Familiarity with data observability lineage and cataloging tools
  

• Experience working in a SaaS or data-intensive product environment
  

• Exposure to security and privacy requirements (e.g. role-based access data masking)
