Job Summary
Job title: Elder Abuse Attorney
Location: Century City CA
Salary:$150000 - $200000/year
What you will be doing:
- Attend trials/arbitrations depositions mediations and other court appearances.
- Prepare pleadings set up motions and draft legal documents mediation briefs and trial briefs.
- Manage a challenging fast-paced and interesting case load.
- Work effectively within a team environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Train in Personal Injury Law if needed.
Experience you will need:
- 5 years of Elder Abuse law firm experience.
- Admission to the State Bar of California.
- Previous experience in personal injury litigation cases.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and effectively manage team members.
