Job Summary

A growing litigation-focused law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 years of litigation experience ideally within commercial construction or insurance-related litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims
Handle matters involving personal injury construction premises liability coverage disputes and bad faith claims
Take and defend depositions
Draft motions and legal pleadings
Attend court hearings in state and federal courts
Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis
Provide pre-litigation evaluations and client recommendations

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active state bar license required
3 years of litigation experience
Experience in construction litigation commercial litigation or insurance-related litigation preferred
Strong legal research and writing skills
Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload
Comfortable using legal technology and case management systems
