Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24$28 per hour

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in direct patient care
Experience supporting telehealth virtual care or remote patient monitoring programs
Ability to identify and escalate changes in patient status and safety risks
Strong understanding of telehealth workflows protocols and technology platforms
Experience with quality review outcomes tracking and data-driven decision-making
Proficiency with EHR systems and virtual monitoring platforms
Strong critical thinking multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
Preferred Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in a health-related field
Experience developing telehealth policies workflows or best practices
Experience managing telehealth metrics or performance dashboards
Experience supporting program improvements or technology transitions
Key Responsibilities
Virtual Care & Telemedicine Support
Monitor assigned patients remotely for safety behavioral changes and clinical needs
Provide continuous observation and promptly escalate concerns to nursing staff or physicians
Support virtual patient consultations telehealth scheduling and provider coordination
Ensure telehealth sessions are initiated on time and completed successfully
Assist with remote monitoring of vital signs and clinical indicators as directed
Accurately document patient behavior redirection efforts safety events and escalations
Telehealth Operations & Workflow Coordination
Assist with developing implementing and maintaining telehealth and remote monitoring workflows
Collaborate with leadership on telehealth policy development and program enhancements
Triage and assign patients requiring virtual monitoring services
Maintain dashboards and datasets related to utilization quality metrics and clinical outcomes
Identify trends and support quality improvement and remediation initiatives
Participate in onboarding and training of new telehealth staff
Technology Systems & Troubleshooting
Navigate multiple technology platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems
Provide high-level (white glove) support to clinicians using telehealth applications and equipment
Troubleshoot software connectivity and device issues
Escalate technical or equipment failures to appropriate support teams
Collaboration Communication & Program Support
Serve as a liaison between clinical teams technology partners vendors and hospital departments
Participate in scheduled meetings to review performance metrics and operational improvements
Collaborate with hospital partners to review cases and monitor outcomes
Communicate effectively with care teams patients and families
Ensure documentation standards and HIPAA-compliant virtual engagement
Share accountability for program quality safety and performance
