Job Summary
Role Overview
We are currentlyseekinga skilled and experiencedTechnology Lead-Full Stack (.NET with Angular/React)to join our team. This is aclient-facing rolewith a primary focus onsystem design andarchitecture. Theideal candidate will be alead-level professionalwho can work independentlydemonstratestrong ownership and bring significant prior experience delivering similar projects. The role requires the ability toact as a technical point of contact (POC)for clients effectively communicate technical solutions andeventually lead andmentor.
Technical Leadership: Lead theSystemdesign and development of applications andReact ensuring high performance scalability and security.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications andCommunicateeffectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
System Design: Design and implement robust scalable and maintainable software systems including both front-end and back-end components.
Continuous Improvement: Advocate for best practices in software development including code quality testing and deployment processes. Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Research & Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends recommending improvements andnew technologiesto enhance product offerings.
Problem Solving:Analyzeand troubleshoot complex software issues providingtimelyresolutions and ensuring minimal impact on the user experience.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C# frameworks.
Proven experience in building web applications usingAngular/React and related technologies.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs microservices architecture.
Experience with database technologies.
Proven experienceindelivering scalable and customer-centric solutions.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. Scrum Jira).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communicationand collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Thought Leadership & Market Credibility
Act as a visible thought leader forSoftobizby translating real client challenges and delivery insights into clear credible points of view for the market. Contribute to executive-level narratives through targeted content keynote discussions roundtables and industry conversations that positionSoftobizas a practical outcome-driven partner rather than a generic services vendor. Use thought leadership as a tool to open doors build trust early in sales cycles and strengthenSoftobizscredibility with senior decision-makers across priority markets.
