Job Summary

Role Overview

We are looking for astrong Web Technology Consultantwho canoperatebetweenengineering and architecture.

This role is for someone who:

Designs systems not just features
Understands trade-offs not just tools
Thinks inscalability performance security and maintainability
Wants togrow into an Architect roleover the next 1224 months
You will work closely with architects senior engineers and delivery teams to shapehow web platforms are designed built and evolved.
This isnot a pure coding role andnot a documentation role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Technical Leadership

Participate insolution design discussionsfor web platforms
Translate business and functional requirements intoclean technical designs
Make informed choices around:
Frameworks
Architecture patterns
Performance and scalability
Review designs and code for quality security and extensibility

2. Hands-on Engineering (Selective High Impact)

Lead critical parts of implementation when needed
Build or guide:
Core platform components
Shared services
Reusable modules and libraries
Set engineering standards and best practices for teams

3. Collaboration with Architects & Delivery Teams

Work alongside Principal Architects on:
Reference architectures
Design patterns
Technology standards
Act as abridge between architecture and execution
Support teams in applying architecture decisions correctly

4. Consulting & Client Interaction

Participate in client discussions related to:
Technical approach
Trade-offs and constraints
Scalability and future readiness
Explain complex technical concepts in aclear pragmatic way
Contribute to technical sections of proposals and estimates

5. Growth Toward Architecture

Gradually take ownership of:
End-to-end technical design for modules or platforms
Architecture decisions under guidance
Build depth in:System design Cloud-native web architectures Security and performance Move toward anArchitect rolebased on capability not tenure

Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

712 years inweb application development
Strong experience with modern web stacks such as:
Frontend:React Angular Vue
Backend: or similar
Experience designing and buildingscalable web platforms

Solid understanding of:

REST APIs

Authentication & authorization

Performance optimization

Caching and state management

Architecture & Engineering Foundations

Working knowledge of:

Microservices or modular monolith architectures

Cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)

CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Familiarity with:

Security best practices

Observability and monitoring

System design patterns

Nice to Have

Experience working with global clients
Exposure to system design or architecture reviews
Pre-sales or technical proposal involvement
Experience mentoring engineers
Understanding of cloud cost scalability and trade-offs

What This Role Is NOT

Not a junior or mid-level developer role

Not a pure coding or ticket-driven role

Not a solution architect role (yet)

Not a people management role
