Role Summary
The TWE Lead / Technology & Work Enablement plays a critical role within the Mobilization function ensuring all technology connectivity tooling access and infrastructure readiness required for a successful transition.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Technology Enablement & Access Management
- Lead milestone tracking and reporting for all TWE activities of the deal.
- Manage end to end UAP (User Access Provisioning) process.
- Oversee provisioning and testing of client applications.
- Coordinate software license transfer/procurement.
2. Connectivity & Environment Setup
- Establish required connectivity and environment readiness.
- Ensure work environment setup: facilities security equipment.
3. Project Management & Cross Workstream Coordination
- Coordinate dependencies across AMT PMO tools teams and client teams.
- Track and report progress manage risks and issues.
4. Support During Transition Phases
- Support TWE assessments due diligence input.
- Engage during System Learning Job Shadowing phases.
- Provide on-ground support for KT and handover.
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Publish weekly dashboards.
- Standardized reporting for access readiness compliance.

- Network connectivity VPNs infrastructure readiness
- Familiarity with tools like SAP Oracle Coupa ARIBA DART etc.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Coordination across multiple workstreams
