Role Overview
Seeking a strategic and execution-focused transformation leader to build and institutionalize long-term enterprise transformation capability. This role will drive sustained revenue growth EBITDA expansion and structural business improvements while embedding innovation customer-centricity and operational excellence across multiple business verticals including Energy Mobility Retail and Industrial/Manufacturing.
The position will establish a permanent transformation office that continues delivering measurable business impact and ensures long-term value creation beyond external consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Transformation Leadership
- Lead and institutionalize a permanent transformation office as a core enterprise capability.
- Deliver sustained annual EBITDA impact through cost optimization revenue growth initiatives and structural improvements.
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation across multiple business units including industrial mobility energy and retail.
Value Creation & Financial Impact
- Secure recurring EBITDA improvements through cost discipline COGS optimization operational efficiency and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Implement value tracking frameworks and dashboards to ensure measurable and sustained P&L impact.
- Align business transformation initiatives with long-term growth and profitability strategy.
Governance & Performance Management
- Establish robust governance frameworks including monthly steering committee cadence and value tracking mechanisms.
- Drive forensic governance performance reviews and incentive alignment across business units.
- Ensure transparent reporting and accountability for transformation outcomes.
Strategic Alignment & Capability Building
- Align transformation initiatives with long-term strategic roadmap and portfolio shifts.
- Institutionalize tools frameworks and processes to build self-sustaining transformation capability.
- Enable knowledge transfer capability development and long-term governance structures.
Change Management & Cultural Transformation
- Drive enterprise-wide cultural change through innovation programs continuous improvement initiatives and capability building.
- Implement structured problem-solving Six Sigma practices and change management frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to embed transformation mindset across the organization.
Required Experience & Skills
- 10 15 years of total professional experience.
- 5 7 years in Tier-1 management consulting (McKinsey BCG Bain or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years leading EBITDA/value creation or performance improvement programs.
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial automotive manufacturing or energy sectors.
- 3 years experience in forensic governance P&L tracking and value realization frameworks.
- 3 years experience in change management and Six Sigma/continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering sustained EBITDA uplift in large or diversified organizations.
- Strong expertise in structured problem-solving enterprise transformation and stakeholder management.
- Deep understanding of industrial/manufacturing business models and profit drivers.
Preferred Background
- Experience in transformation or value creation roles within leading consulting firms or large enterprises.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation and performance improvement programs.
- Experience building internal transformation or strategy offices within organizations.
- Strong leadership presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cultural change.
