Job Summary
Role Summary
The role will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide Billing and Contract Management operational support during system go-live and post-implementation stabilization. The individual will work closely with business stakeholders to validate end-to-end transactional processes resolve complex operational issues and help establish a clear operating and governance model.
Key Responsibilities
User Acceptance Testing Support
Participate in and support UAT execution across core transactional process flows including but not limited to:
o Record-to-Report
o Procure-to-Pay
o Order-to-Cash
o Hire-to-Retire
Validate end-to-end business scenarios ensuring accurate processing across interconnected systems and data flows.
Support testing of:
o Key system integrations and data handoffs
o Security controls and role-based access
o User workflows and approval hierarchies
o Operational and management reporting and analytics
Execute and validate exception handling and error scenarios ensuring appropriate governance and escalation paths.
Support validation of regulatory and compliance requirements during UAT.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience supporting UAT and post-implementation stabilization for enterprise financial or operational systems
Good understanding of Billing and Contract Management processes
End-to-end knowledge of financial and operational transaction lifecycles
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex operational and system issues
Strong stakeholder management communication and documentation skills
Preferred location - Bangalore
RTO-All 5 days WFO
Shift time *1:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST
