Position Overview
We are seeking a K12 Account Manager to grow business within the Baltimore-area school systems. This role is focused on new business development and territory expansion ideal for a sales professional who thrives on prospecting and opening new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business with public and private school districts
Manage and grow a defined local territory
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Conduct in-person meetings with school district decision-makers
Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs
Track sales activity opportunities and forecasts in a CRM
Meet or exceed established revenue targets
Required Experience
3 years of sales experience in technology or solutions-based selling
Direct experience selling into K12 school systems
Proven ability to prospect present and close new business
Self-motivated energetic and results-driven
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
