Description of Work
SALARY RANGE: $40000.00 - $50000.00Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Case Intake & Legal Support
Investigative Support & Law Enforcement Liaison
Discovery & Technology Expertise
Victim & Witness Support
Training & Program Development
Knowledge Skills and Abilities / Competencies:
Knowledge of:court system and procedures; legal terminology; and community resources to refer victims and witnesses.
Skill in:Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint; accurately typing 35-40 wpm; and answering a multi-line telephone system.
Ability to:interview to elicit information from victims and witnesses to assure appropriate services; coordinate and schedule the daily operations of the victim and witness program; manage the court appearances of victims and witnesses to ensure their presence in the courtroom when needed; communicate orally and in writing with persons of diverse backgrounds; establish and maintain effective working relationships with law enforcement officers officials of related agencies and the general public; and calmly handle stressful situations.

Education and Experience
