Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Support Executive to provide technical and business application support within banking and mortgage environments. The role involves maintaining system performance supporting integrations managing reporting and databases and ensuring smooth business operations across mortgage and card issuing platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

  • Build maintain and troubleshoot business rules and custom print forms.

  • Manage user groups roles permissions versions and releases.

  • Monitor system performance logs and application health using tools such as SolarWinds.

  • Monitor and maintain integrations with mortgage platforms such as nCino and Optimal Blue.

  • Prepare HMDA update files and batch processing for Encompass.

  • Manage reporting databases and data warehouse environments.

  • Build and maintain Dynamic Data Management (DDM) tables and rules.

  • Troubleshoot integrations networking issues firewall rules IP whitelisting and system connectivity.

  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity processes.


Business & Operational Support

  • Run daily hotlists and system monitoring checks.

  • Develop and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports using Crystal Reports.

  • Generate monthly survey and operational reports.

  • Maintain vendor service passwords and LOS system credentials.

  • Manage business contacts and payee/employee records in LOS.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure priority alignment and operational efficiency.


Technical Environment & Tools

  • Office & Collaboration: Microsoft Office Microsoft Office 365 Confluence

  • Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2019

  • Monitoring & Support: SolarWinds Windows troubleshooting tools

  • Ticketing & Documentation: ServiceNow Confluence

  • Mortgage Platforms: Encompass nCino Optimal Blue

  • Reporting: Crystal Reports

  • Web/App Servers: Apache Tomcat (plus)


Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and application support skills.

  • Experience supporting banking card issuing or consumer lending systems (BaNCS preferred).

  • Knowledge of retail mortgage platforms and LOS systems.

  • Proficiency in SQL Server database reporting and data management.

  • Understanding of networking concepts including firewall rules IP segmentation and whitelisting.

  • Experience with incident change and vendor management processes.

  • Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity practices.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BaNCS Payments / Card Issuing systems.

  • Knowledge of mortgage integrations and compliance reporting (HMDA).

  • Exposure to BOT automation and application monitoring tools.

  • Experience in financial services or lending environments.
