Job Summary

POSITION:Assistant Outdoor Track Coach (Distance Running Coach)

REPORTS TO:Athletic Director

SEASON: Mid-April to early June

SCHEDULE:Weekday practices and Saturday meets* Subjectto change

SKILLS REQUIRED:This opening is an assistant trackcoach position with an emphasis on working with long distance runners.Previouscoaching at the high school level and experience working with teenagers preferred.The coach will be responsible for team activities including all scheduled practices and meets adhere to district policies rules and objectives. The coach will lead by example among the team and players.

Candidates should be dependable detail-oriented willing to work within a coaching staff atmosphere must meet or be willing to complete all Conway School District Kennett High School and NHIAA requirements and be able to travel with the team to and from away meets.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: There are no benefits associated with this position. Stipend amount is determined by Appendix D of the CEA Agreement.
