Job Summary

Overview:
As an Enterprise Digital Agility Coach you will architect and lead a large-scale Lean-Agile transformation for a premier client. This role requires a seasoned SAFe 6 Practice Consultant (SPC) who can bridge technical execution with executive strategy in complex hardware and COTS environments. You will advise on operating models implement OKR frameworks and drive the transition from waterfall lifecycles to Agile product delivery. Leveraging tools like AgilityHealth and Jira Align you will foster a culture of autonomy innovation and continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with leadership to design operating models transformation governance and OKR frameworks.
Facilitate Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Agile Release Train (ART) events; serve as SAFe 6.0 subject matter expert.
Deliver and certify SAFe 6 courses (SA SP RTE etc.) and develop custom Lean-Agile training materials.
Conduct AgilityHealth maturity assessments and create strategies for organizational growth.
Drive Agile adoption for hardware and COTS products replacing waterfall bottlenecks with Lean principles.
Support enterprise adoption of Atlassian Cloud (Jira Align/Jira/Confluence) and AgilityHealth.
Identify organizational impediments foster experimentation and coach Agile Champions.
Launch and mature Communities of Practice (CoPs) to strengthen collaboration.

Qualifications:

Active SAFe 6 Practice Consultant (SPC) certification and Certified AgilityHealth Facilitator (AHF).
6 years coaching agile teams 3 years guiding Agile portfolios and Lean budgeting.
5 years of technical background in Engineering IT or related fields.
Proven track record leading at least 2 large-scale transformations (150 people).
Expertise in Waterfall Scrum Kanban SAFe XP DevSecOps.
Strong proficiency in Jira Confluence AgilityHealth SAFe for Enterprise.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel quarterly along the Northeast corridor for PI Planning events.
