Were Hiring: Assistant General ManagerThis role is perfect for someone who leads by example thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in running a clean high-energy store.
What Youll DoLead and motivate a crew of 37 team members
Deliver top-notch customer service (with a great big smile)
Open and close the store; serve as a key holder
Keep the restaurant cleaner than clean
Schedule staff place inventory orders and help train new hires
Jump in for the GM when needed
Master slicing prep and bread baking
Participate in team meetings and help drive store success
Positive energetic and dependable team players
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
1 year QSR experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years old (slicer required)
Food Handler / ServSafe certified
Reliable transportation
