Job Description
Antwerpen Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and professionalIn-House BDC Represenativeto support ourService Department. This position focuses on outbound and inbound customer calls to schedule service appointments follow up with existing customers and help drive service retention.This is anon-site position at Antwerpen Chevroletand is ideal for someone with prior dealership or service BDC experience who is looking for flexible part-time work in a fast-paced dealership environment.Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule service appointments
- Answer inbound calls related to service scheduling and follow-ups
- Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
- Accurately update customer information and notes in the CRM
- Maintain a professional customer-focused phone presence
- Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in adealership BDC or service department(strongly preferred)
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with CRM and dealership software a plus
- Reliable organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in an in-house dealership setting
