We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Tallahassee FL.
Job Description:
- Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. (This will renew for next fiscal year).
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Experience in a professional work environment
Experience Required:
- Experience working with customer support a plus
Education Required:
- High school diploma general education degree or equivalent.
Work hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- The position is 40 hours per week Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
Additional Information:
- Applicants must pass a level 2 screening background check that includes fingerprinting for statewide criminal and juvenile records checks through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and federal criminal records checks through the Federal Bureau of Investigation and may include local criminal records checks through local law enforcement agencies.
