Were looking for an Employee Marketing Manager to own and scale our internal engagement programs. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Head of Marketing where youll shape workplace culture through internal communications events recognition programs and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Development
Design and implement scalable employee marketing programs that enhance culture and engagement programs.
Develop internal communication strategies that align employees with company goals and values.
Partner with talent and leadership to integrate marketing into broader talent and culture initiatives.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Execution
Act as the key liaison between marketing talent and leadership to align initiatives with company objectives.
Plan and execute internal events office activations company recognition/award programs and engagement initiatives.
Manage the monthly employee newsletter and communications
Coordinate employee gifting and swag with vendors
Ability to work alongside team on culture content and employee marketing promotions.
Support corporate social responsibility programs including Blend Giving Foundation.
Promote internal recognition programs and employer branding efforts.
Collaborate and knowledge share with consultant community programs.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
4 years of experience in internal communications employee engagement or marketing.
Experience is event planning logistics and execution.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience collaborating with talent leadership and cross-functional teams.
Experience managing marketing programs promotions and some content.
Passion for company culture engagement and creating a positive workplace experience.
Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for learning how its transforming business and marketing
