Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in commercial account management to contribute to a growing organization. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume book of business build strong client relationships and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence three days per week.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $70000 - $75000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships providing exceptional service and advocacy.
- Handle renewals service requests claims billing and new policies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends underwriting guidelines and submission procedures.
- Review applications policies endorsements and audits for accuracy.
- Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Account Management.
- Active Property & Casualty License (required).
- Valid drivers license and insurance (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software (preferred).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve independently.
- Self-motivated driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
