Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in commercial account management to contribute to a growing organization. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume book of business build strong client relationships and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence three days per week.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $70000 - $75000 annually
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships providing exceptional service and advocacy.
  • Handle renewals service requests claims billing and new policies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends underwriting guidelines and submission procedures.
  • Review applications policies endorsements and audits for accuracy.
  • Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Account Management.
  • Active Property & Casualty License (required).
  • Valid drivers license and insurance (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software (preferred).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve independently.
  • Self-motivated driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
