MW Partners is currently seeking a Senior Performance Media Manager to work for our client who is a well-known leading utilities company.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Partner with the team on the development of outstanding mobile social and search media strategies across business units to support brand & performance-based goals
- Partner with the Mobile MAU growth squad for Creator apps (Firefly Premiere Mobile Lightroom Mobile Photoshop Mobile)
- Partner with the Firefly Performance Media team to support key mobile and desktop to drive cross-device usage
- Partner on MAU growth initiatives for Firefly Mobile and Premiere Mobile by aligning paid media strategies with product usage signals.
- Define and refine Quality MAU metrics using behavioral indicators (e.g. active 2 days in week 1 Month 2 retention).
- Optimize media performance across Apple Ads Meta Google UACTikTok Snap etc. using product event data and cohort-based KPIs.
- Build testing methodology for new platforms and establish performance thresholds for further investment
- Collaborate cross functionally with Product Marketing GTM Data Science Product and Media teams to ensure unified reporting and strategic alignment.
- Proactively drive measurement projects with performance insights & data science partners while building a testing & optimization driven culture across teams
- Support incrementality testing and MMM to validate media impact on GNARR and MAU.
- Drive creative and audience testing to prioritize retention and long-term value over install volume.
- Drive targeting consistency across audience management platforms
- Translate product KPIs into actionable media targets and support operational alignment across teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree minimum MBA preferred
- 7 years-experience MBA or BA/BS degree Tech or SaaS experience preferred
- Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent team with integrity and self-sufficiency
- Proven expertise in performance marketing with a preference for paid social media and mobile expertise
- Ability to learn new technologies products or systems quickly
- Robust analytical skills - the ability to digest large amounts of data identify trends and pursue the right questions to take action
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced growth environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail
